INTRODUCTION <br /> LThis report was prepared by. Condor'.,Earth' Technologies, Inc_ (Condor) for .a -limited soil and -- . <br /> groundwater investigation utilizing Geoprobe direct push technology at the Gateway'iPr'oject site, located <br /> - at 325 South El-Dorado Street in Stockt6n, California (Figures 1 and 2;Appendix A). Five Geoprobe <br /> borings were advanced at,the site on March`30.and.3 T; 2000„to.coll ' C -il and groundwater:samples. <br /> The purpose of the, subsurface investigation was to evaluate the potential for petroleum hydrocarbon <br /> contamination in soil and/or groundwater related to two-underground storage tanks (USTs) formerly <br /> located at the site. This report was prepared at the request-of Mr.-Ron Palmquist of the City of Stockton, <br /> Ms. Suzanne Sullivan of Suzanne Sullivan Real Property Services; and Ms. Deedee Antypas of Siegfried <br /> Engineering, Inc. (Siegfried). <br /> All of the work conducted by Condor was under the supervision of a.California Registered Geologist. <br /> w.
