ANALYTICAL RESULTS OF SOIL SAMPLES <br /> • TPH as diesel, motor oil and gasoline was detected at concentrations ranging from 470 <br /> mg/kg to 1.6 mg/kg. <br /> • Toluene was detected at concentration of 0.010 mg/kg. <br /> • Three target VOC analytes were also detected, sec-Butyl benzene at 150 gg/mg, n-Propel <br /> benzene at 71 gg/mg and 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene at 410 µg/mg. <br /> Copies of the analytical results are attached as Appendix A, and summarized in Table 1. <br /> 2.3. OIL WATER SEPARATOR REMOVAL AND IMPACTED SOIL EXCAVATION <br /> AGE recommended the removal, and proper disposal of the separator, including excavation of <br /> impacted soil at the site. Following the oil water separator removal, a limited excavation of <br /> approximately ten-cubic yards was performed which encountered contaminated soil approximately <br /> 11 feet below surface grade (bsg). <br /> 3.0. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> The proposed scope of the work includes advancement of four soil probe borings to collect soil and <br /> grab ground water samples to assess soil and groundwater at the site for the known contaminants. <br /> The proposed scope of work will include the following tasks: <br /> • Permitting and pre-field work activities; <br /> • Soil and ground water sample collection and analysis; <br /> • Laboratory reporting; <br /> • Report preparation. <br /> Each of these tasks is described in greater detail below. <br /> Advanced Gco Envirauncn[al.Inc. <br />
