All bulk and drum containers liquid levels will be checked prior to filling/loading activity, and that levels <br /> are constantly visually monitored by employees and/or fuel/oil vendors during filling/loading activities. <br /> Gauges and indicators are tested by observation during tilling activities for proper operation and checked <br /> for damage during monthly inspections. <br /> LEAKAGE RESPONSE <br /> 40 CFR 112.8(c)(10) <br /> This is addressed within this Plan at 40 CFR 112.7(e). <br /> MOBILE OR PORTABLE CONTAINERS <br /> 40 CFR 112.8(c)(11) <br /> The volume of all mobile/portable containers located on site is less than 55 gallons. Secondary <br /> containment is stated in this Plan at 40 CFR 112.7 (a)(3)(i). <br /> BURIED PIPING AT TRANSFER OPERATIONS <br /> 40 CFR 112.8(4)(1) <br /> Buried piping on site was installed with double wall protection and protective wrapping and coating along <br /> with continuous leak detection. Any exposed piping is inspected during informal monthly inspections. <br /> Buried piping will be scheduled for pressure testing <br /> INSPECTIONS FOR TRANSFER OPERATIONS <br /> 40 CFR 112.8(d)(4) <br /> All aboveground piping, valves, and appurtenances are inspected on a monthly basis. See Attachment 5. <br /> Daily and weekly site inspections take place to ensure immediate action is taken in the case of a leak or <br /> discharge. <br /> VEHICLE ENTERING FACILITY WARNING <br /> 40 CFR 112.8(4)(5) <br /> The owner has been made aware that signage is required to warn all vehicles entering the facility to be <br /> sure that no vehicle will endanger aboveground piping or other oil transfer operations. <br /> 12 <br />
