25 October 2019 AdvancedGeo
AGE Project No. 99-0637 Environmental
The Facility location map is included as Figure 1. An overall map of the site is included
as Figure 2. Site diagrams including the location of oil containers, building locations, and
critical spill control structures are depicted in Figures 3 and 4. As required under 40 CFR
112.7(a)(3), the Facility diagram indicates the location and content of ASTs, transfer
stations and connecting piping, where appropriate.
3.5.3. Distance to Navigable Waters and Adjoining Shorelines and Flow Paths
The Facility is located on relatively level terrain. Drainage generally flows towards the
center of the Facility, pooling in a centrally located swale where cleanup can occur. The
outer facility edges are bordered by large soil berms, asphalt or concrete berms. The
nearest navigable waters or adjoining shoreline is the San Joaquin River, located
approximately 4.9-miles to the west. Spill trajectories are indicated on Figure 2.
3.5.4. Discharge History
The Facility has not had any discharges since the last revision of this SPCCP. Table 4
summarizes the Facility's discharge history.
3.5.5. Material Stored at this Facility — 112.7(a)(3)(i)
Oil storage at the Facility consists of four (4) aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) and
various 55-gallon drums containing petroleum product and various waste in the 210
Wetmore portion of the Facility and ten (10) ASTs at the 120 East Wetmore portion of the
Facility. Facility containers are summarized below and included in Table 3. The
approximate locations where oil is stored is illustrated in Figures 3 and 4.
210 East Wetmore Street
Tank ID Type Capacity Contents Location Active
(Gallons)
UL 142 Double Fueling Area
AST 1 Wall — Belly Tank 10,000 Diesel Yes
AST 2 UL 142 Double 10,000 Gasoline Fueling Area Yes
Wall — Belly Tank
AST 3 UL 142 Double 250 Waste Oil Refuse Container Yes
Wall — Belly Tank Area
AST 4 UL 142 Double 100 Waste Oil Refuse Container Yes
Wall — Belly Tank Area
- Steel Drum 55 Motor Oil Fueling Area Yes
