Location and Activities <br /> The Facility is located at 120 and 210 East Wetmore Street in a primarily industrial area <br /> of Manteca, California. The Facility is comprised of approximately 4.01 acres of land and <br /> is bordered to the north by East Wetmore Street (Facility north entrance/exit), to the west <br /> by a South Main Street, and to the south and east by industrial property. <br /> City of Manteca Municipal Corporate Yard maintains and operates equipment, tools and <br /> materials for the maintenance and fueling of City of Manteca vehicles at the site. Storage <br /> of trucks, trailers, miscellaneous vehicles and storage containers is also provided at the <br /> facility. The maintenance of city vehicles is performed at the maintenance warehouse <br /> building located at 120 East Wetmore Street. The main office is located at 210 East <br /> Wetmore Street. <br /> 3.5.2. Facility Operating Structures and Areas <br /> The Facility includes: fuel and oil storage, three structures (main office, maintenance <br /> building, and miscellaneous maintenance storage), refuse container storage, and vehicle <br /> parking. Approximately ninety percent of the Facility's ground surface is concrete, asphalt <br /> or has structure roof cover. The remainder consists of soil, grass and low-lying vegetation. <br /> Petroleum products are stored within the main AST area, inside the maintenance building, <br /> and in the refuse container storage area. <br />
