The briefings also highlight and describe known discharge events or failures, <br /> malfunctioning components, and recently implemented precautionary measures and best <br /> practices. Facility operators and other personnel will have the opportunity during the <br /> briefings to share recommendations concerning health, safety, and environmental issues <br /> encountered during Facility operations. <br /> Records of the briefings and discharge prevention training are kept on the form shown in <br /> Appendix C and maintained with this Plan for a period of three years. <br /> 4.7. SECURITY - 40 CFR 112.7(g) <br /> Facility management has determined the facility location has sufficient security to prevent <br /> spill from acts of theft or vandalism. The facility maintains various security measures, <br /> including: <br /> • Area lights illuminate the general proximity of the interior and exterior of the <br /> property. Facility lights are strategically positioned to allow facility employees to <br /> detect and contain spills until cleanup can occur. <br /> • Year-round staffing allowing rapid response to spills. <br /> • Secure 8-foot steel perimeter fencing topped with barbed wire which encircles the <br /> Facility. <br /> • Facility gate locked when not in use. <br /> • All drain valves for containment areas, if applicable, are set in the closed position. <br /> 4.8. TANK TRUCK LOADING/ UNLOADING RACK - 40 CFR 112.7(h) <br /> There is no truck loading or unloading rack located at this Facility, therefore this section <br /> does not apply. <br /> 4.9. BRITTLE FRACTURE EVALUATION - 40 CFR 112.7(i) <br /> There are no field-constructed ASTs at the facility, therefore this section does not apply. <br /> 4.10. CONFORMANCE WITH LOCAL REQUIREMENTS - 40 CFR 112.7(j) <br /> All applicable ASTs at this Facility are registered with the Local Enforcement Agency <br /> (LEA) and have current certificates of registration and special use permits required by the <br /> local fire code. <br />
