Raney Geotechnical chose not to submit a proposal in response to <br /> our Invitation.For Bid. <br /> Given the fact that we have, a <br /> ended considerable efforts attemptinggto obtain thiee bids <br /> without success, it is our position hat we have complied with the three-bid requirement and, if <br /> you do not object, will be awarding the contract to either GEI Consultants or Geological Audit. <br /> If you should have any objection to our proposed course of action, please let me know as soon as <br /> possible.
