The water sample will be <br /> transferred from the bailer to two (2 ) 40-m1 glass volatile <br /> organic analyses (VOA) vials and two (2 ) 1-liter glass bottles . <br />' Each sample container will be labeled, placed in a cooler chilled <br /> with Blue Ice, and delivered under chain-of-custody procedures to <br />' GeoAnalytical Laboratories in Modesto, California. <br /> 3.5 Soil and Groundwater Analyses <br />' All samples collected for analysis will be shipped to the <br /> laboratory within 24 hours of collection and analyzed using U.S. <br /> EPA Methods and California-approved methods under strict quality <br />' assurance measures . The soil and groundwater samples will be <br /> analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons, quantified as gasoline <br />' (TPH-G) by Method 5030/LUFT, for benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, <br /> and xylene (BTEX) by EPA Method 8020 (602 for water) , and for <br />' total extractable petroleum hydrocarbons, quantified as diesel <br />' (TEPH) by Method TEPH/LUFT. <br />' 3.6 Well Collar Elevation Survey <br /> A well collar elevation survey will be conducted by a <br />' surveyor licensed in California under the direct supervision of a <br /> Condor representative.
