s <br /> 07 July 2003 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 95-0142 <br /> Page 2 of 7 <br /> The following is a summary of milestone events for the site <br /> I <br /> • In September 1991, six soil borings (SB1 - SB6) were drilled at the site <br /> s L <br /> • On 9 and 10 February 1994, ground water monitoring wells MW-1,MW-2 and MW-3 were <br /> installed at the site,well MW-3 was installed 30 feet north of the former UST location,wells <br /> MW-1 and MW-2 were installed 80 feet southwest and southeast ofthe former UST location <br />' In November 1994, ground water monitoring well MW-4 was installed 80 feet northeast of <br /> the former UST location <br />' AGE work plan for site assessment dated 06 June 1995 EHD approval of work plan dated <br /> 12 June 1995 1 <br />' On 13 June 1995, three soil probe borings (ASB 1-ASB3) were advanced at the site On 14 <br /> and 15 June 1995, soil vapor samples (AV1-AV9) were obtained from the site, <br /> demonstrating significant vapor concentrations at 30 feet bsg <br /> • AGE work plan for vapor well installation dated 14 September 1995 EHD approval of work <br /> plan dated 25 September 1995 <br />' . On 25 and 26 September 1995, four soil borings were drilled at the site, borings VW-1, <br /> VW-2, VW-3 and VW-4 were completed as dual-screened soil vapor extraction wells An <br />' eight hour soil vapor extraction pilot was performed at the site <br /> • 15 November 1995 Corrective Action Plan - November 1995 recommended <br /> implementation of soil vapor extraction in conjunction with in-situ air sparging for <br />' - remediation of the petroleum hydrocarbon-impacted soil and ground water at the site EHD <br /> approval letter of,CAP, dated December 1995 <br />' AGE work plan for lateral assessment site/monitoring well installation dated 21 April 1997 <br /> t EHD approval letter of work plan dated 21 April 1997 <br /> • On 24 April 1997, ground water monitoring well MW-5 was installed 75 feet east of the <br />' former UST location The extent of impacted ground water had not been fully assessed when <br /> the CAP was developed <br />' AGE work plan for vertical and lateral site assessment dated 02 March 1998 EHD approval 4 <br /> letter of work plan dated 12 March 1998 <br /> • On 22 May 1998, four soil probe borings (ASB-4 to ASB-7) were advanced at the site to <br /> assess the vertical extent of hydrocarbon-impacted soil The extent of impacted ground water <br /> had not been fully assessed when the CAP was developed <br />' AGE work plan for vertical well installation dated 06 June 1998 EHD approval letter of <br /> • work plan dated 27 July 1998 <br /> 1 Advanced GeoF,nvironmental,Inc <br /> a <br />
