RECOMMENDATIONS
' Based upon the results of the remediation activities to date, AGE recommends
• Continuation of ground water remediation with a possible addition of extraction vapor wells
'
VW-2 and VW-4,and discontinue soil-vapor extraction due to non-detect levels of extracted
hydrocarbons
• Continuation of the quarterly ground water monitoring program -
6.0. LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing inthisor similar localities The findings were based upon
' analytical results provided by an independent laboratory Evaluations of the hydrogeologic
conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation were made from a limited number of data
' points (i a soil-vapor and ground water samples) and subsurface conditions may vary away from
these data points No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional
interpretations, opinions, recommendations contained in this report
' Advanced GcoEnvironmental,Inc
1
