STORE#20304 Date: 06/27/2018 <br /> Address: 455 W GRANT LINE AVE, TRACY 95376 <br /> Owner/Operator: Telephone: (209)835-7254 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00046981 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> C00046981 states: "COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY HAVE BEEN TO THIS STORE TWICE AND BOTH TIMES FOUND <br /> GERMAN COCKROACHES CRAWLING UNDER THE DONUT DISPLAY. THE LAST TIME COMPLAINANT WAS THERE <br /> WAS 06/25/18 THE GUY SAW IT AND JUST LET IT WANDER OFF NO REACTION AT ALL TO IT." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
