UW, including lamps, electronic devices, CRTs, mercury <br /> containing equipment must be labeled or marked to identify the type of <br /> UW and date of start of generation, and accumulate no longer than one <br /> year from the date of generation. Immediately, dispose the UW <br /> according to Title 22, and begin the practice of identifying the UW, e.g. <br /> "Universal Waste-Lamp" for UW lamps on the container, and be able to <br /> demonstrate . <br /> #89 66261.7(f) CCR — Observed empty HW or Haz Mat containers in storage <br /> room with no marking of the date they were emptied. A generator shall <br /> label an emptied HW or Haz Mat container with the date it was emptied <br /> and manage the container within one year of being emptied. <br /> Immediately, label these HW or Haz Mat containers with the date it was <br /> emptied, and manage them within one year of being emptied. <br /> Note: Submit within 30 days of this inspection report (October 28, 2009) a copy <br /> of the RETURN TO C OMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION, a statement how <br /> each of the above violations were corrected, and all documents, photos, <br /> and receipts verifying the corrections. <br /> All EHD staff time associated with failing to comply by the above noted <br /> dates will be billed at the current hourly rate $115. <br /> This facility is subject to re-inspection at any time at EHD's current hourly <br /> rate. <br /> EHD Inspector: Jeffrey Wong, REHS <br /> Received by: <br />
