Immediately, have HW removed by a California <br /> registered HW hauler in accordance to Title 22. Submit a copy of the <br /> disposal receipt within 30 days of this report (October 24, 2009). <br /> #20/21 66262.34/ 66265.173(a) CCR— (Repeat Violation) The following <br /> containers were not properly labeled or closed: <br /> - Three Blue Poly 55-Gallon Drums referenced (ref.) in Item #19 above <br /> were missing Hazardous Properties and Physical State on the HW <br /> labels. <br /> - One Black 5-Gallon container of"zincates spent" (ref. Item #19) was <br /> missing the start date. <br /> - One Black Poly 55-Gallon Drum of Nitric Rinse (ref. Item #19)was <br /> without its cap on at time of this inspection. (Corrected on site) <br /> - One Blue Poly 55-Gallon Muriatic Acid Drum has no lid and no HW label. <br /> - One Blue Poly 55-Gallon Drum with the top half cut off containing <br /> contaminated dust has no lid and no HW label. <br /> - One White Poly 30-Gallon Drum with Nitric Acid according to owner has <br /> no lid and no HW label. <br /> - One White 5-Gallon bucket with HW liquid next to the Acid Copper <br /> Plating Bath has no lid and no HW label. <br /> - One Green 5-Gallon bucket with HW floor sweep next to the Electro <br /> Cleaner Wash Bath has no lid and no HW label. <br /> - One White Poly 55-Gallon drum of Zincates Alumscal has no HW label. <br /> - One Black Poly 55-Gallon drum with Aluminum Rinse has no HW label. <br /> - One Black 8-Gallon container with Spent Zincates has no HW label. <br /> - One White 30-Gallon drum with Nitric Acid Etch has no HW label. <br /> All HW containers must be closed at all times except when adding or <br /> removing HW, and must be labeled at all times with minimum the following <br /> information: <br /> 1) Words "Hazardous Waste" 2) Generator name & address <br /> 3) Composition (contents) 4) Physical state <br /> 5) Hazardous properties 6) Accumulation start date <br /> Immediately, provide lids and keep close the above containers, and <br /> properly label all the containers, and continue this practice at all times. <br /> #27 66262.40(a) CCR — No copies of any HW manifests signed by the <br /> accepting Transport, Storage, Disposal Facilities (TSDF) were available <br /> for inspection. A generator shall retain a copy of each manifest signed for <br /> 3 years from the date the HW was accepted by the initial transporter. <br />
