Also, identify the type of gas inside <br /> the compressed gas cylinders (oxygen, acetylene). A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading <br /> areas, internal roads, adjacent streets,storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency <br /> shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency <br /> response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and <br /> label as "NA". <br /> It is imperative I be notified as soon as a submittal/correction has been submitted to CERS. <br /> Be advised,the violation comply by date is July 23, 2017 has passed. As a reminder, it is the policy of the EHD to send a <br /> past due notice once the violation due date has passed; all time spent attempting to obtain compliance may be billed at <br /> $152 an hour. <br /> As of September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
