The site map does not show/address internal roads, and the hazardous materials handling and storage <br /> areas (diesel,waste batteries behind the shop and new antifreeze). Also, identify the type of gas inside <br /> the compressed gas cylinders (oxygen, acetylene). A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading <br /> areas, internal roads, adjacent streets,storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency <br /> shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency <br /> response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and <br /> label as "NA". <br /> It is imperative I be notified as soon as a submittal/correction has been submitted to CERS. <br /> Be advised,the violation comply by date is July 23, 2017.
