Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. No dogs observed during time of <br /> inspection. Discussed with manager and front employee about not allowing dogs in carts and that emotional support animals <br /> are not part of the law. Gave manager the information about service dogs in a food facility and what questions were allowed. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
