You pointed out a few items during your <br /> inspection. We are addressing them in the following ways. <br /> Sanitizer bucket in bakery dept running at less that 150 ppm quat. — Bucket was replace <br /> day of and test strops used to ensure sanitizer above 150ppm quat. <br /> Skewer water running at 99F. Maintain at or above 100F. Corrected to 122-133F. - We <br /> have retrained employees to use fresh hot water with each load. <br /> Women's restroom water running at 63-96F.—Valves were adjusted on the day of <br /> inspection to a temp of 100-108F. <br /> Open bulk food in bakery dept. - All open bulk food was moved to Cleanable containers <br /> with snug lids and label on day of inspection.
