Section 25299.37(c)of the Health and Safety Code provides us the authority <br /> to require an investigation and cleanup of unauthorized releases. The site at 6215 Tam O'Shanter was placed in the <br /> Local Oversight Program in December 1989. This agency has been providing oversight of the investigation and <br /> cleanup activities since that time. <br /> This agency has reviewed and approves the Work Plan (WP) prepared by William J. Hunter dated May 19, 1995. <br /> The WP proposed to drill and install three soil borings/monitoring wells to determine groundwater gradient and <br /> evaluate groundwater conditions. <br /> Two permit applications and associated fees must be submitted.
