On behalf of Exxon Company, U.S.A., Fugro <br /> West, Inc., proposes to install and operate a soil venting system at the subject site (Figure 1). The <br /> purpose of the proposed system is to remediate gasoline impacted soils and ground water 4 <br /> underlying the site. Petroleum vapors in the soil will be vented through vertical vent wells <br /> VEW-1, VEW-2, MW-3, and MW-5.
