El Dorado Street, Stockton, CA.' <br /> Dear Permitting Services: <br /> Please find enclosed an application for.an AUTHORITY TO CONSTRUCT PERMIT, <br /> along with a SOIL AND GROUND WATER REMEDIATION QUESTIONNAIRE, the required <br /> supplemental information, and filing fees of$60.00. On behalf of Exxon Company, U.S.A., Fugro <br /> West, Inc., proposes to install and operate a soil venting system at the subject site (Figure 1). The <br /> purpose of the proposed system is to remediate gasoline impacted soils and ground water <br /> underlying the site. Petroleum vapors in the soil will be vented through vertical vent wells <br /> VEW-1, VEW-2, MW-3, and MW-5.
