(AGE) has <br /> prepared this work plan for the destruction of seven (7) temporary soil-vapor monitoring <br /> wells (VP-1 through VP-7) at the above referenced property. The surrounding area is <br /> illustrated in Figure 1. Structures and well locations are illustrated in Figure 2. This work <br /> plan was prepared in accordance with California Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CRWQCB) guidelines for the investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> A total of seven (7) temporary soil-vapor wells (VP-1 through VP-7) remain installed on- <br /> site as part of the subsurface investigation at 1700 South EI Dorado Street, Stockton, <br /> California. As part of site closure activities all remaining wells are proposed for <br /> destruction. <br /> PROCEDURES <br /> As required, a health and safety plan will be prepared in accordance with Occupational <br /> Safety and Health Guidance Manual for Hazardous Waste Site Activities (National <br /> Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Administration, U.S. Coast Guard and U.S. <br /> Environmental Protection Agency, 1985). Prior to drilling activities, each proposed <br /> drilling location will be clearly marked and a utility clearance will be obtained through <br /> Underground Service Alert.
