(GTI). GTI has subsequently requested PHS/EHD to reconsider the <br /> rejection of the work plan, and to schedule a meeting with PHS/EHD,you,GTI,Mr.Noah <br /> Heller of BESST Inc.,and representatives of Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund in <br /> Response to May 17, 2000 Laterfi-omSJCPHS/EHD dated June 1, 2000. <br /> Your consultant's request to PHS/EHD;to reconsider the rejection of the work plan is <br /> denied;the work plan remains not approved at this time. <br /> In a telephone conversation on July 17,2000,PHS/EHD scheduled a meeting with you as <br /> the responsible party,to discuss the denied work plan and the future investigation/clean up <br /> goals of the contamination at the site.
