Analytical results of MW-1 to MW-4 samples <br /> were not included in the table. <br /> Analytical results of the groundwater sample taken from MW-101 screened at 92 feet <br /> below surface grade (bsg) to 97 feet bsg were 867 parts per billion (ppb) of Total <br /> Petroleum Hydrocarbon as gasoline (TPH-G), 7 ppb of Benzene, 14 ppb of Toluene, 4 <br /> ppb of Ethyl Benzene, and 35 ppb of Total Xylenes (BTEX collectively). Analytical <br /> results of the groundwater sample from MW-101 taken in the previous quarter on <br /> September 13, 1999 were 5,670 ppb TPH-G, and 74, 200, 119, and 833 ppb of BTEX, <br /> respectively. Analytical results of the groundwater sample taken from the domestic <br /> well located at a nearby property on 60 E. Castle St. were 76 ppb of TPH-G, 0.5 ppb of <br /> Toluene, and 0.9 ppb of Total Xylenes. Additional Site Characterization Report dated <br /> October 4, 1999 prepared by Geological Technics, Inc. cited analytical results of the <br /> soil samples collected at 95 feet bsg from the soil boring (SB) 201 which is located <br /> within five feet of MW-101 to be 26 parts per million (ppm) of TPH-G, 185, 368, <br /> 1,050, 235, and 1,120 ppb of BTEX, respectively, and the soil sample at 111 feet bsg to <br /> be 4 ppm of TPH-G, and 33, 127, 36, and 193 ppb of BTEX, respectively. <br /> Methyl tert Butyl Ether (MTBE) and Di-isopropyl Ether (DIPE) were not detected in <br /> the analyses of the monitoring well groundwater samples collected in December 1999; <br /> however, the detection limit of the analyses varied between 5 ppb, 25 ppb, 50 ppb, and <br /> 250 ppb. MTBE was detected in the analyses of groundwater samples taken during the <br /> previous quarter in September 1999.
