Mr. Valentine was notified by your office <br /> that the workplan must be submitted by October 1, and the work <br /> completed by November 1. <br /> Due my current workload, and upcoming vacation, I may assign some <br /> of this work to one of my Associates, Charles Fry. He is also a <br /> registered geologist, and has had considerable experience in the <br /> environmental field. During my absence, he may contact you <br /> requesting information on any active soil or groundwater investi- <br /> gations or remediation projects in the immediate area. <br /> We do not anticipate a problem in complying with the timetable as <br /> specified by the County, assuming that there are no extenuating <br /> circumstances of which we are not aware.
