El Dorado St. <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> This is to inform you that September 1993 State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) staff with the <br /> Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund Program(Cleanup Fund)will review your file to determine if you <br /> are in compliance with corrective action orders and directives. According to San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services,Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD)files no corrective action has taken place at the <br /> above referenced site to date. <br /> Soil sample results from April,June, and August 1987 indicated contamination beneath the waste oil tank. <br /> Your site has been placed on the contaminated site list maintained by PHS/EHD. In May 1988 an <br /> "Unauthorized Release Report"was completed listing the site on the State contaminated site list. Pursuant <br /> to Section 25299.37 of the Health and Safety Code PHS/EHD is directing you to take corrective action in <br /> response to the unauthorized release from the underground storage tank. <br /> corrective action orders and directives is a requirement for reimbursement of cleanup Compliance with eq p costs <br /> from the Cleanup Fund. <br /> In order to be in compliance with this directive you must submit a workplan to investigate the extent of <br /> contamination by October 1, 1993. The report of this work must be signed by a California Registered <br /> Geologist, Certified Engineering Geologist or Registered Engineer.
