1 <br />' ebruary 28 1994 - Correspondence from San Joaquin Co. EHD <br /> recommended further assessment and/or re-excavation of the former <br /> waste oil tank site . <br />' August 17 , 1994 - WJH prepared a workplan to place one (1) soil <br /> boring to a depth of 40 ' in the center of the site of the removed <br /> waste oil tank <br /> September 30, 1994 - One (1) 2" diameter monitoring well was <br /> placed on the property; details of that work are covered in the <br />' report prepared by WJH titled "Interim Report and Results of <br /> Groundwater Investigation" , dated October 31, 1994 . Laboratory <br /> results revealed the presence of BTEX & TPH--G in both soil & <br />' water samples below 361 . <br /> February 27, 1995 Correspondence from the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division required two (2) additional <br /> monitoring wells be placed on the property <br /> March 27, 1995 -- Wm. J. Hunter & Associates submitted workplan to <br /> accomplish County' s requirements as detailed in their 2/27/1995 <br /> correspondence . <br /> AQril 10, 199_5 - San Joaquin County EHD approved the workplan <br />' with suggested changes . <br /> une 1 & 2, 1995 - Two (2) 2" groundwater monitoring wells were <br />' placed on the property - refer to WJH report dated 8/10/1.995 <br /> titled "INTERIM REPORT & RESULTS OF GROUNDWATER INVESTIGATION" <br /> for details of that work <br />' October 11, 1995 - The San Joaquin County EHD responded to that <br /> report, requiring additional investigative work be performed in <br /> the area of the dispenser island A copy of that correspondence <br /> ' is included as EXHIBIT A. <br /> October 19, 1995 - The three monitoring wells were purged & <br /> ' sampled by Del-Tech Geotechnical Support Services Results of <br /> the laboratory analyses revealed that MW-3 had the highest levels <br /> of BTEX & TPHg, although it is not in a downgradient position. <br /> ' Refer to WJH report, "First Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring <br /> Report for 2315 No. ElDorado Street, Stockton, " dated 11/13/1995, <br /> for more details . A summary of the water analyses from the three <br /> wells since monitoring began is shown on TABLE I . <br /> November 13,1995 - WJH submitted a workplan for placing one (1) <br /> soil boring in the approximate center of the pump island, taking <br /> soil samples at S ' intervals to the capillary fringe, and <br /> ' 4 <br />
