Informaticn regarutilitpill, leak and site <br /> accident. history, site and regional geology, ' "Pre- <br /> and regional hydrogeology is presented in section 2.0 of Aegis <br /> -• Tank Replacement Site Assessment Work Plan" (Aegis, December, 1989) . <br /> I _ 2 1 Site Location <br /> The site is'; located on the northeast corner of the intersection of <br /> South E1 Dorado Street and Adams Street in Stockton (San Joaquin <br /> County) , California (Figure 1) . The site lies within a residential <br /> area in northeastern Stockton. The San Joaquin County Assessor's <br /> parcel number for the Site is 125-21-30. <br /> The site iscurrently occupied by an operational Shell service <br /> station. The station facilities include four canopy-covered pump <br /> office within a mini-mart building (Figure 2) . The <br /> islands and an <br /> pump islands are located near the center of the site. The building is <br /> located on 'the eastern border of the site. Three underground fuel <br /> storage tanks were removed from the northeastern corner of the site. <br /> Three new fiberglass 10,000-gallon underground fuel storage tanks were <br /> installed immediately to the south of the product-dispensing islands. <br /> The surface of the site is paved. <br /> 2.3 Adiacent Land Uses <br /> " The site is located within a residential area of Stockton.
