(Aegis) is pleased to present this final
closure report for the-subject site located at 2320 North E1 Dorado
Street in Stockton. Analysis of soil samples collected during the
pre-tank replacement site assessment and subsequent underground
storage tank system removal revealed detectable levels of petroleum
hydrocarbons, lead and halogenated volatile organic compounds.
Excavation of the -.targeted soils has mitigated the potential for
ground water impact by:.'.these chemicals. The San Joaquin -County
Health Department authorized Fillner Construction Co. to continue
work and the construction has been completed.
Aegis recommends no further action at this site. Based on. the
results of soil sampling and over-excavation conducted during tank
closure, Aegis has requested authorized closure of the subject-site
by the San Joaquin County Health Department. Questions or comments
may be directed to Clarke H. Owen at (916) 782-2110.
Sincerely, _
AEGIS ENVIRONMENTALI INC. -
Larry ray/b,J`rooks -
Staff Geologist e
cc: Cory Condon RWQCB"Central =Valley Region
Eleanor Ratliffe San Joaquin County
Pat Wright Aegis
£ GEOLOGISTS ENGINEERS GROUND WATER SCIENTISTS
