This work is <br /> documented in Monitoring Well Installation and Quarterly Report dated 418103. <br /> 06/12/03 On this date geoprobe PB20 was advanced in the location of the former UST's to <br /> define the vertical extent of the contamination. This work is documented in <br /> Quarterly Report— Second Quarter 2003 dated 4130104. <br /> 09/13/04 The date of the Closure- Summary Report. There has been no detected <br /> contamination in the samples from the.monitoring wells. The soil contamination_ <br /> I4 is defined. Request closure of the site. <br /> 06/27/05 The date of the EHD letter requesting.further information prior to determining that <br /> the site should be closed and pointing out that the contamination found is from <br /> both UST and non UST sources. <br /> 01/14/09 The EHD and CVRWQCB staff went to the site on this date to determine the <br /> condition and location of the monitoring wells.
