' 08 April 2003
• AGE-NC Project 02-0946
4 4 ANALYTICAL RESULTS OF GROUND WATER SAMPLES
' None of the target analytes were detected at or above laboratory reporting limits in the samples
collected from the three ground water monitoring wells
Analytical results for the ground water samples for the February 2003 mowtonn event are
Yt ' P 'Y g
' summarized on Table 3 The laboratory report (CTLE Laboratory IDs 0205-142-1 through 0205-
142-4), QA/QC and chain-of-custody are included in Appendix E
5.0. SUMMARY AND CONCLUSIONS
Based on the findings from this investigation, AGE concludes
• TPH-d was detected in two of the nine soil samples (MW1-15 and MW1-25) at
concentrations as high as 130 mg/kg The detected concentrations of TPH-d do not exceed
any regulatory guidelines
• • No other target analytes were detected in the analyzed soil samples
• On 27 February 2003, the ground water at the site was inferred to be flowing generally
toward the southeast at an average gradient of 0 01 feet/feet
• Target analytes were not detected in the ground water samples collected from the three
monitoring wells on 27 February 2003
6.0. RECOMMENDATIONS
IBased on the findings of this investigation, AGE recommends continued quarterly monitoring of
' wells MW-1 through MW-3 The next monitoring event should be scheduled for May 2003
7.0. LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised
by environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based upon
analytical results provided by an independent laboratory Evaluation of the geologic and
hydrogeologsc conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation was made from a limited
number of available data points(i a soil and ground water samples)and subsurface conditions may
vary away from these data points No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the
iprofessional recommendations contained in this report
I
Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.
