EI
Dorado Street facility. The impacted soil was discovered during the UST removal
activities on the week of October 14, 2002. With the approval of Jeffrey Wong, San
Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, impacted soil was placed in a
location on-site to allow natural attenuation.
On April 16, 2007 Timothy Babcock, Senior Project Manager. for NRC, generated a
report detailing the results of the soil sampling and analysis. I have reviewed this report
and agree with its contents. I believe you also received;a copy? Bulk Transportation
wishes to know the position of San Joaquin County and the Central Valley RWQCB on
the results of this report in order to ensure the next step in bringing the project to a close
which will result in no further action.
Respectfully,
Andrew Woods
Environmental Manager
k
i
E
Corporate Office
E 415 Lemon Avenue Walnut, California 91789
Phone (800)284-2855 Fax (909) 594-7840 Website: www.bulk-dti.com
l
r
