EI
Dorado Street in April of 2003. The soil was stored at that location in a"bio-cell"for the purpose
of natural attenuation.
Geo-Phase Environmental was engaged to develop a"Site Conceptual Model &Closure Reporf'.
A report was generated on August 28, 2009 with referenced project number 606.3. Based on the
sampling results, the report recommended that the remedial investigation be officially closed.
Bulk Transportation intends to allow the stored soil to remain at its current location since the area
contains the following features: bordered on the west by Union Pacific'Railroad; bordered on the
east by landscaping and security fence; natural surface depression prevents-runoff of stormwater
and area is not traveled upon or used by any means.
Respectfully submitted,
Andrew Woods
Director of Government Affairs
Stockton ice
3032 S.
