(916) 466-3554 <br /> 4.1 Project Manager <br /> The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that his/her designated SSO is implementing <br /> this H&SP, for providing a copy of this plan to subcontractors and other project participants <br /> as needed, and for advising site workers on health and safety matters. <br /> All activities on site must be cleared through the Project Manager.
