Page 3 <br /> 3105 South EI Dorado Street April 1, 2011 <br /> Stockton, California 95206 <br /> To date, Site Investigation Results and Site Conceptual Model, dated 30 September 2008, with <br /> a revised date of 01 June 2010, and Soil Vapor Survey Report, Human Health Risk <br /> Assessment, and Additional Site Investigation Work Plan, dated 25 January 2010, with a <br /> revised date of 01 June 2010, previously denied by this department, have not been revised and <br /> resubmitted to GeoTracker. Also, the Taber report has not been uploaded to GeoTracker. <br /> These must be uploaded immediately; however, prior to uploading the Taber report: <br /> • Revise Figure 3 by indicating the appropriate units for TPH-D and TPH-MO and <br /> reporting the correct analytical results for groundwater collected from GP-2; <br /> • Revise the historical and current groundwater results for total xylenes in Table 1 by <br /> combining the m,p-xylene and o-xylene results that were reported by various <br /> environmental laboratories over time; <br /> • Provide laboratory analytical results for TPH-D, TPH-MO, and TPH-G that are reported <br /> in Table 2 for grab groundwater samples collected from P-3 at 96 feet bsg; <br /> • Provide the laboratory raw data for total organic carbon (TOC) and porosity that are <br /> reported in Table 4 for soil samples P-2-65 and S-5-35; and <br /> • Omit soil analytical results reported for B-7-40 and add soil analytical results for B-7-50 <br /> in Table 4. <br /> Should you have any questions or concerns regarding this letter, please contact Vicki <br /> McCartney at (209) 468-9852, or by email at vmccartney@sjcehd.com. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Victoria L.
