(EI) have prepared
this Corrective Action Plan letter to propose methods for assessing monitored natural
attenuation for the above-referenced site.
Using historical site groundwater monitoring data, Taber Consultants and EI will use the USEPA
BIOSCREEN model to simulate remediation through natural attenuation of dissolved
hydrocarbons in groundwater. Consistent with State Water Resources Control Board
Resolution 92-49, Taber Consultants and EI will utilize the BIOSCREEN model to monitor
attenuation in MW-4 and to project when Water Quality Goals will be achieved to allow site
closure.
Sincerely, 0tw GFO
Taber Consultants THWO SAS E
# No. 7299 #
7OF CA1.F0
Thomas E.
