Kirk Larson, PG, and Robert Trommer, CHG <br /> State Water Resources Control Board <br /> Division of Financial Assistance <br /> 1001 i Street <br /> Sacramento CA 95814 <br /> Subject: 3105 EI Dorado Street S, Stockton, CA, <br /> January 2011 Annual Five-Year Review Update Recommendations <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed the <br /> annual five-year review update letter dated 10 January 2011 from Kirk Larson of the State <br /> Water Quality Control Board (SWQCB) Cleanup Fund (CUF) for above referenced site. The <br /> CUF recommends that free product removal continue until no longer cost effective. The EHD <br /> concurs with this recommendation. A report on the effectiveness of absorbent socks for product <br /> recover has just been received by the EHD that recommends monthly hand bailing for free <br /> product removal.
