However, during the next
evening/night, the problem returned. After further inspection/troubleshooting of the system and
wiring, it was concluded that there was bad/defective wiring in a J -Box and at the piping sump.
Donlee Pump replaced (re -pulled) the wiring and re -installed the "original" sensor.
The original replacement of the sensor happened on Friday August 3, 2007. Donlee Pump
returned to the site for some time on Sunday August 5, 2007 for troubleshooting. On Monday
August 6, 2007, Donlee Pump concluded the troubleshooting, pulled the new wiring, and re-
installed the original sensor back in the annular space of the premium tank.
To date, all appears ok with the sytem.
I understand that you may require an on-site visit to ensure proper operation of the electronic
monitoringsystem after this repair work. Please, contact me to arrange a date & time to meet on
site for this inspection (testing).
Kind regards, C;P44,
Don Mathey — Office Manager
Donlee Pump Company
2825 Railroad Ave.
Ceres, CA 95307
Ph: (209) 537 — 9396
Fx: (209) 537 — 9398
Email: donmCddonleepump.com
