Secondary containment testing of the UDC's will not have to be repeated until it is due again in 2008 unless there is a
release or failure of the UST system.
Thank you for your help in resolving this matter.
Kasey L. As an accountant (I have no experience in this testing myself), I was taking the word of a former -employee
that the test method could not be reported. I checked the test result paperwork today (section 7 for SB -989 testing: UDC
testing) and see that he could have checked the "other" box and specified his test method. Our tester could have also
reported other important information, so that the results sent back in 2005 were complete.
For the record, the measurement of water was by painting a line inside each of the three UDC's.
I apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused and want to correct the situation. Unfortunately, the employee that
performed the test in 2005 is no longer employed at Donlee Pump, so I can not have him complete any revised test results
(showing the test method and results). Will you accept revised results from my office in this instance ... or would you prefer
the test be performed again. Donlee Pump will be happy to work with you to correct this lack of information.
Again, I apologize for the missing information, and look forward to your response in this matter.
Have a good day,
Don Mathey - Office Manager
Donlee Pump Co.
2825 Railroad Ave.
Ceres, CA 95307
Ph: 209-537-9396
Fx: 209-537-9398
donm r@donleepump.com
www.donleepu_mp.com
7/24/2007
