Milt 11101414
2825 Railroad Ave., Ceres, CA 95307
Tuesday, July 24, 2007
Attn: Kasey Foley
San Joaquin County Environmental Health
304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor
Stockton, CA 95202
Ph: 209-468-3451
Re: SB -989 testing performed at Village West Marina.
In August 2005, Donlee Pump did perform SB -989 testing at Village West Marina,
located at 6649 Embarcadero Drive, Stockton, CA 95219. The test results for the UDC's
were found inconclusive because of "Delta Movement".
We returned in early September 2005 accompanied by Michelle Lee of SJCEH. The
following test method was used to check the UDC's located on the dock for leaks:
1) Closed facility
2) Turned power off to dispensers
3) Filled UDC's with water (approximately 3 — 4 gallons in each UDC)
4) Michelle Lee taped -off the dispensers so they could not be tampered with
5) Returned 24 -hours later
6) Removed tape
7) Checked UDC water levels
No water level losses were found in any of the UDC's. Therefore, per this test method
and Michelle Lee's approval of this test method:
Unleaded Dispenser #1 UDC: PASS
Unleaded Dispenser #2 UDC: PASS
Diesel Dispenser UDC: PASS
If you need anything further, or have any questions, feel free to contact me.
Kind regards,
Don Mathey — Office Manager
Donlee Pump Company
2825 Railroad Ave.
Ceres, CA 95307
Ph: (209) 537 — 9396
Fx: (209) 537 — 9398
Email: donleenaAdonleepump.com
