L
Report of Investigation
Former Underground Storage Tanks
3105 South El Dorado Street,Stockton,California
Sierra-Pacific Project No.96-620.01
in soil above a concentration of 7 parts per billion. Non-regulated compounds, including TPH-g and
LTPH-o are also present. The natural processes of dispersion, volatilization, oxidation, and
biodegradation will serve to cause natural attenuation of the concentrations of TPH and the low
Lconcentrations of volatile compounds through time. We therefore do not recommend any further action
Lwith respect to soil impacts at the site.
Concentrations of hydrocarbons in ground water are also generally low, with the exception of the
Lbenzene result from B-3 (273 ppb), and MTBE in all three samples analyzed. We recommend
investigation of potential receptors (i.e. utilized ground water wells in the vicinity of the site)prior to
L undertaking an further field exploration. If no receptors are found to be present within a few hundred
Y
yards of the former UST locations,we recommend no further action with respect to ground water at this
site.
L
L
L
L
L
L
Lir
L-ftw,
LSierra-Pacific Groundwater Consultants, Inc. 13
