M <br /> Remedial Action Work Plan - August 2011 <br /> PACIFIC PRIDE - SOUTH EL DORADO STREET <br /> 3147 South EI Dorado Street, Stockton , California <br /> 1 .0. INTRODUCTION <br /> On behalf of Mr. David Atwater, Advanced GeoEnvi ronmental , Inc (AGE) has prepared this <br /> Remedial Action Work Plan - August 2011 for ground water and soil remediation at 3147 <br /> South EI Dorado Street, Stockton , California (site); the work plan also details the <br /> installation of two additional dedicated dual phase extraction (DPE ) wells to enhance soil <br /> vapor, non-aqueous phase liquid hydrocarbons (NAPL) and dissolved hydrocarbon <br /> recovery during remedial operation . The location of the site is illustrated on Figure 1 . A plan <br /> of the site is illustrated on Figure 2 . <br /> Site background information was summarized in the AGE-prepared , Corrective Action <br /> Plan, dated 27 October 2011 . This work plan was prepared in accordance with California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region (RWQCB ) guidelines for the <br /> investigation of underground storage tank (UST) sites and in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Directives by letter dating 28 June 2011 . <br /> 2 .0. SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Based on the results of a dual-phase extraction (DPE) pilot test conducted at the site in <br /> February 2011 (Dual Phase Extraction Pilot Test Report - February 2011 , dated 13 May <br /> 2011 ), AGE proposes to install , operate and maintain a DPE remediation system utilizing <br /> existing wells VW- 1 through VW-3 and MW-7 . Additionally, AGE proposes to install two <br /> DPE wells to further expedite remedial operations at the site . The locations of existing and <br /> proposed remedial wells are included in Figure . <br /> 3 <br /> Field activities relating to additional remedial well installation and the construction of related <br /> infrastructure will consist of the following tasks : <br /> • Permitting and pre-field work activities ; <br /> • Installation-of-additional-dedicated-DPE- wells; - <br /> • Well development and survey; <br /> • Remedial well sample collection and analysis; <br /> • Installation of underground remediation piping system; <br /> • Installation of remediation fenced area; <br /> • Installation of DPE remediation system ; <br /> • Remediation start-up period and continual operation of dual-phase extraction ; <br /> • Monitoring and maintenance ; and f <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental Inc.
