1 Quarterly Report - Fourth Quarter 2005
PACIFIC PRIDE - SOUTH EL DORADO STREET
' 3147 South El Dorado Street, Stockton, California
' i.0. INTRODUCTION
Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this quarterly report.for 3147 South El
Dorado Street (the site), Stockton, California. The site setting is illustrated on Figure 1. Site
structures and monitoring well locations are depicted on Figure 2.
' The objective of the work was to monitor dissolved petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations in ground
water and to characterize ground water flow direction and gradient on-site. This report has been
' prepared in accordance with guidelines issued by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control
Board (CVRWQCB) for the investigation of underground storage tank(UST) sites. A summary of
this site's UST investigation was previously included in Appendix A of Quarterly Report First
Quarter 2004, dated 24 September 2004.
i
Previous soil characteristics data obtained by a CPT investigation enabled AGE to define four
' hydrogeologic units (CPT Site Investigation - Third Quarter 2001, dated 25 October 2001). The
hydrogeologic units were defined as First Water Zone(35-55 feet bsg),Second Water Zone(60-80
feet bsg), Third Water Zone(90-100 feet bsg),and Fourth Water Zone(I 10 to at least 125 feet bsg).
• J
The following is a brief summary of Fourth quarter 2005 ground water monitoring activities
performed at the site:
' 20 December 2005- Depth to water and total depth measurements were collected at wells
MW-1, MW-2, and MW-4 through MW-12. MW-3 was inaccessible/unable to be located
due to being covered by asphalt;the area was reportedly excavated, and the well is suspected
to have been damaged or destroyed.
• 20 December 2005- Ground water samples were collected at wells MW-1, MW-2, and
MW-4 through MW-12. /
2.0.- PROCEDURES
' On 20 December 2005, ground water monitoring was performed at the site for monitoring wells
MW-1, MW-2 and MW-4 through MW-12; as-built monitoring well construction details are
' summarized in Table 1.Ground water monitoring procedures for the site were outlined in the AGE-
prepared Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan-September 1999, dated 01 September 1999,and
approved by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) by letter dated 23
I ' September 1999.
Advanced GeoEnvironmcotal,Inc.
