1 � <br /> ' Quarterly Report - Second Quarter 2004 <br /> PACIFIC PRIDE - SOUTH EL DORADO STREET <br /> ' 3147 South El Dorado Street, Stockton, California <br /> ' 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this quarterly report for 3147 South El <br /> ' Dorado Street (the site), Stockton, California The site setting is illustrated on Figure 1 Site <br /> structures and monitoring well locations are depicted on Figure 2 <br /> ' The objective ofthe work was to monitor dissolved petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations in ground <br /> water and to characterize ground water flow direction and gradient on-site This report has been <br /> prepared in accordance with guidelines issued by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> ' Board(CVRWQCB) for the investigation of underground storage tank(UST) sites A summary of <br /> previous investigations was included in Quarterly Report-First Quarter 2004,dated 24 September <br /> 2004 <br /> Previous soil characteristics data obtained by a CPT investigation enabled AGE to define four <br /> hydrogeologic units (CPT Site Investigation - Third Quarter 2001, dated 25 October 2001) The <br /> hydrogeologic units were defined as First Water Zone(35-55 feet bsg), Second Water Zone(60-80 <br /> feet bsg), Third Water Zone(90-100 feet bsg),and Fourth Water Zone(I 10 to at least 125 feet bsg) <br /> ' The following is a brief summary of second quarter 2004 ground water monitoring activities <br /> performed at the site , p 1 � <br /> '41/ aJF �-Gt� ►'stat [v� stie s arc. (v i81 `� <br /> ' • 17 June 2004"-Depth to water and total depth measurements were collected at wells MW-1 <br /> through MW-12, and <br /> ' • 18 June 2004 - Ground water monitoring and sampling was performed at wells MW-1 <br /> through MW-12 <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> 4 ground water monitoring was performed at the site for monitoring wells <br /> On 17 and 18 June 2()0 , gr g p g <br /> MW-1 through MW-12, as-built monitoring well construction details are summarized in Table 1 <br /> Ground water monitoring procedures for the site were outlined in the AGE-prepared Monitoring <br /> Well Installation Work Plan -September 1999, dated 01 September 1999, and approved by the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) by letter dated 23 September 1999 <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
