Complainant bit burger and a quarter fell out. Complainant <br /> took another bite and then threw up. Complainant went to the emergency room and was diagnosed with food poisoning. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classed as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTE <br /> I spoke with manager,"Marivel"who was aware of complaint prior to my visit. <br /> No ill employees for the last two weeks. <br /> Staff receives training on food handling and procedures on a daily basis. <br /> Per Marivel money is received first at"pay"window and then food is given to customer at second "handout'window . <br /> Pay window does not open until 10:30am. <br /> I observed employee take money from "handout'window and then then walk to counter cash register to get change for <br /> customer. <br /> Food bag was given to customer several minutes later. <br /> I observed money being received at"pay"window after 10:30am. <br /> I observed proper hand washing at this time. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
