' Former Manna Pro Site Page 2 <br /> Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report <br />' Project No 2012 <br /> • April 2,2001 <br />' Between 1996 and the April of 2000, the principal remedial activity consisted of <br /> groundwater monitoring In April of 2000, a deep monitoring well (MW-11) was <br />' constructed to characterize the vertical distribution of hydrocarbons in the subsurface At <br /> the same time, a new vapor extraction well and an air sparge well were constructed as part <br /> of a pilot remedial test program The construction of MWD-11 was documented in the <br />' quarterly monitoring report for the spring 2000 monitoring event The results of the pilot <br /> test were documented in the July 31, 2000 report entitled Rg ort Remedial Action Pilot <br />' Study, Former Manna Pro Site To date, a total of 11 groundwater monitoring wells, 5 <br /> observation wells, and three test wells have been constructed on or near the Manna Pro <br /> site The San Joaquin County PHS-EHD recently concluded that the release at this site has <br />' been adequately characterized and directed that a Corrective Action Plan The Corrective <br /> Action Plan dated February 16, 2001 has been approved and we anticipate work to begin <br /> upon submission and approval of the anticipated costs to the State UST Cleanup Fund <br />' 1.2 Scope of Work <br /> The following work was completed during this round of groundwater monitoring <br /> 1 The depth to groundwater was measured in 11 monitoring wells, 5 observation wells <br /> and 3 service wells located on, or near the site <br /> 2 Groundwater monitoring included sample collection and subsequent laboratory analysis <br /> from 8 monitoring wells wells <br /> 3 Disposal of purge water from two prior monitoring events <br /> 2937 Veneman Ave,#113240 Geo-Phase Environmental Inc Phone(209)569-0293 <br /> Modesto,CA 95356 Fax(209)569-0293 <br />
