Scope of Work <br /> On October 1, 2019, SPCCorp performed an external inspection/integrity test on the 10,000 <br /> gallon aboveground storage tank (AST) containing clear diesel fuel located at Tracy Material <br /> Recovery & Solid Waste Transfer, Inc., at 30703 S. MacArthur Dr., Tracy CA 95378. The <br /> inspection was performed in accordance with Steel Tank Institute's (STI) "SP001 Standard for <br /> the Inspection of Aboveground Storage Tank, 6th Edition" and also SPCCorp. Aboveground <br /> Storage Tank integrity test procedures. The following summarizes the results of the inspection. <br /> Executive Summary <br /> SPCCorp utilized dipstick method, visual inspection and SPCCorp. test methods under US <br /> Patent Numbers 31176184 & 31176259 (pats. pending), plus vacuum test on the secondary <br /> containment. The visual inspection was performed using guidelines outlined in Steel Tank <br /> Institute's standard of inspection SP001. The integrity testing was via SPC-BOA-PDS <br /> discriminating sensor and boroscope camera. <br /> The following report includes the findings for the inspection performed. This SPCCORP final <br /> report has no intent nor represents, in any form, an Engineering Evaluation of the serviceability <br /> of the tank structure.
