This report was prepared in response to the San Joaquin County Environmental
Health Department (SJCEHD) letter dated October 2, 2002, included as Appendix A, in which an SCM for
the site was requested.
The purpose of this SCM is to provide detailed modeling of the subsurface along with an evaluation of recent
groundwater analytical data from existing site wells so that the petroleum hydrocarbon impacts at the site can
be fully characterized.
BACKGROUND
Site Setting
The site is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Hammer Lane and El Dorado Street in
Stockton, California (Figures 1 and 2) .
