E1 Dorado Street <br /> on October 26th . On the 25th , the contractor will air knife around the well ( which <br /> includes pea gravel ) , and install a " conductor sleeve " ( a 4 - 5 ' length pipe with a plate <br /> that sits on the ground surface ) . <br /> The well will be overdrilled through this protective sleeve . <br /> We need to change drilling contractors again for this site . We originally received <br /> permit for this well destruction ( SR# 51590 ) , listing RSI drilling as the contractor , but <br /> the permit was never used . I have attached revised application , listing Woodward <br /> Drilling as the contractor for this site . <br /> Please re - issue the permit based on the updated information . <br /> Call or e - mail with questions . <br /> Scott <br /> 1 <br />
