Since any intrusive activity <br /> requires clearing the area of any subsurface utilities to 5 feet per BP health and safety, Stratus is in the process of <br /> completing a Management of Change document that will allow them to abandon VW-7 without clearing to 5 feet. I <br /> have been informed by Stratus that VW-7 should be abandoned in about a month . Please let me know if you <br /> have any other questions.
