(Stantec) is forwarding the Quarterly Status Summary Report (QSSR) - Fourth <br /> Quarter 2011 (4Q11 ) for ARCO Service Station No. 2130 located at 7906 North EI Dorado <br /> Street in Stockton , California (site). <br /> Site Description <br /> The site is located on the northeast corner of East Hammer Lane and North EI Dorado Street in <br /> Stockton, California. Site structures include a station building; four double-walled , fiberglass, <br /> underground storage tanks; two dispenser islands; and associated piping , The site is bound to <br /> the south by East Hammer Lane; beyond which is an apartment complex, to the west by North <br /> EI Dorado Street; beyond which is an apartment complex, to the east by a shopping center, and <br /> to the north by a paved parking lot. The majority of the subject property is paved asphalt and <br /> concrete with common landscaping surrounding the property line. According to the United <br /> States Geologic Survey map dated 1976, the elevation of the site is approximately 15 feet (ft) <br /> above mean sea level on relatively flat terrain . The nearest open bodies of water are Mosher <br /> Slough , located approximately 2 ,500 ft to the north and Five Mile Creek, located approximately <br /> 21900 ft to the west of the site. No changes have been made to the site history and previous <br /> investigations since the report submittal of Semiannual Groundwater Monitoring Report (SMR) <br /> Third Quarter 2011 (3Q11 ) dated November 15, 2011 . <br /> Sensitive Receptors <br /> During the fourth quarter of 2004, URS Corporation of Sacramento, California ( URS) performed <br /> a sensitive receptor survey at the site to identify the locations of water supply wells (municipal , <br />'! domestic, and agricultural ) within 2, 000 ft, and surface water bodies , schools, and other <br /> receptors within 500 ft of the site.
